TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the Last Wave leaderboard website, operated by Molyi. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Last Wave the Roblox game is governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use in addition to anything here.

The service

The website is a free, public leaderboard and history viewer for runs played in Last Wave. There's nothing to buy on the website itself. Signing in with your Roblox account is optional. It only unlocks the "Friends" and "Me" filters, plus the moderation dashboard for accounts with the appropriate role rank in the moderator Roblox group.

Acceptable use

• Don't cheat, exploit, or use automated tools to falsify run records.
• Don't impersonate other players or misrepresent run results.
• Don't attempt to overload, scrape at abusive rates, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the website.
• Don't try to access moderation features without authorization.

Moderators may exclude runs, hide leaderboard entries, ban accounts, or remove individual users' data at their discretion when these rules are broken. Bans and exclusions are reversible by moderator action. Deletions are not.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leaderboards may be temporarily incorrect during deploys, schema migrations, or upstream outages. Records may be removed without notice if a run is determined to be invalid. We make no guarantee that the website will be available at any given time.

Service changes

Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. The website may be shut down permanently if the game itself is retired. We'll give reasonable notice via the Last Wave Discord before deliberate shutdowns when practical.

Roblox

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. The website uses Roblox's public OAuth and friends APIs to power sign-in and the friends filter. Your use of those flows is also subject to Roblox's own Terms of Use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molyi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website, including but not limited to lost runs, missed leaderboard positions, or data made unavailable by takedown.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Updates are posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
